01 Booking an appointment

An appointment is confirmed only once we have contacted you to agree a time. A request submitted through this site is not itself a reservation, and a treatment placed in your cart holds nothing.

02 Cancellations and lateness

Please give us at least 24 hours' notice to change or cancel an appointment. Arriving late may shorten your treatment, as the therapist after you is expecting their own start time.

03 Prices and payment

Prices are shown for guidance and may change; the price confirmed at the salon is the one that applies. Payment is taken at the salon after your treatment.

04 Packages and vouchers

Package and voucher credit is valid until the expiry shown at purchase, is not exchangeable for cash, and may only be spent on treatments at the salon.

05 Health and comfort

Tell us before your treatment about any allergy, skin condition, injury, medication or pregnancy. Some treatments are not suitable in every case, and we may recommend an alternative.

06 Your responsibilities

Please keep personal belongings with you. Children may not be left unattended in the salon, and we may decline a treatment where it would be unsafe to proceed.
