01 What we collect

Your name, phone number, email address and the details of the appointments and treatments you have had with us. If you write to us through the contact form, we keep your message.

02 Why we hold it

To arrange and confirm your appointments, to keep an accurate record of your treatments and any package credit, and to issue the invoices and tax records the law requires us to keep.

03 Your cart stays on your device

Treatments you shortlist are stored by your own browser and are never sent to us. Clearing your browser data removes them, and they are not visible to anyone else.

04 Who we share it with

Nobody, except where we must: the tax authority for invoicing, and the payment provider handling a card transaction. We do not sell your details or pass them to advertisers.

05 How long we keep it

Treatment and invoice records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Contact-form messages are kept only while we need them to answer you.

06 Your choices

You may ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete anything we are not legally required to keep. Contact us and we will help.
